Síndrome de Storge-Weber
Abstract
Se realizó dignóstico de un síndrome de Sturge-Weber a un niño de 10 años de edad raza blanca con hemangioma facial derecho y trastornos neurológicos que datan desde los 4 meses de edad. Se corrobora el diagnóstico al realizar estudios complementarios: Rx de cráneo simple donde se aprecian calcificaciones, examen oftalmológico con evidencia de megalocórnea y aumento manifiesto de la tonimetría ocular; TAC de cráneo con lcificaciones alargadas y asimetría de los hemisferios cerebrales; marcado retraso mental; todo en conjunto evidenció el diagnóstico de esta entidad.Downloads
