Resumen
Se presentan tres imágenes de un quiste renal gigante obtenidas por tomografía axial computarizada de abdomen simple (figura 1). Corresponden a un hombre de 88 años de edad que desde hacía cinco meses presentaba dolor lumbar derecho, moderadamente intenso, con irradiación al dorso, de reciente empeoramiento, pesadez abdominal y meteorismo.Descargas
