Satisfacción de los usuarios con los servicios de consultoría metodológica del Centro Provincial de Información de Ciencias Médicas de Ciego de Ávila
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio de usuarios con diseño transversal descriptivo en el Centro Provincial de Información de Ciencias Médicas de Ciego de Ávila con la finalidad de evaluar la opinión y el grado de satisfacción de los mismos en relación con los diferentes productos y servicios de la Consultoría de Gestión del Conocimiento. Para la recogida de información se utilizaron los registros de la consultoría presencial y una encuesta de satisfacción. Se demostró que los servicios de la Consultoría tuvieron buena acogida y los médicos fueron los usuarios que disponían de más información con respecto a sus servicios y funcionamiento. La mayoría de los usuarios acude mensual y quincenalmente y el motivo por el que mayoritariamente acudían era por asesoría a tesis y grado científico. Los usuarios en general se encontraron satisfechos con los servicios que se ofertan. Se mostró descontento en relación con el local que no reúne las condiciones necesarias de mobiliario y computadoras que no pueden conectarse por carecer de los aditamentos necesarios. Lo que más les gusta es el nivel profesional de los consultores y el fácil acceso y manejo del portal GesCon. Lo que menos gusta es que no hay máquinas suficientes con acceso a InfomedDownloads
