Hemorragia subaracnoidea. Consideraciones clínico epidemiológicas
Abstract
Se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva para conocer el comportamiento de algunas variables clínico-epidemiológicas en pacientes ingresados por Hemorragia Subaracnoidea en el Hospital General Provincial Docente de Morón durante los años 1995 y 1996. Los resultados más importantes que se obtuvieron fueron: el 85,5% de los pacientes tenís de 45 años, con un ligero predominio en el sexo femenino; el grado clínico de la escala de Hunt y Hess al ingreso del total de pacientes que egresaron vivos era I, II o III; los medicamentos más usados fueron el Manitol, la Furosemida, los antibióticos y los anticálcicos; la Bronconeumomía fue la complicacióm más frecuenteDownloads
