Morbilidad por hemorragia subaracnoidea.Estudio de dos años
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo para conocer la morbilidad por Hemorragia Subaracnoidea en pacientes ingresados en el Hospital General Provincial Docente de Morón durante los años 1995 y 1996. La Hipertensión Arterial y la cefalea vascular fueron los antecedentes patológicos más frecuentes. El 33,8% de los pacientes eran fumadores. La cefalea fue la manifestación premonitoria predominante, en el 72,6% de los casos no se precisó la etiología. Las localizaciones más frecuentes de los aneurismas intracraneales fueron las arterias cerebral media, carótida interna y comunicante posterior.Downloads
